DIMITRIS KRITIKOS

Dimitris Kritikos (aka DJ MCD) was born in Athens in 1973. He begun dealing with music while still in high school when he started making mix tapes for parties selecting then soul, funk, and electro break dance. Later on it was hip hop that won him over, and since then it is the kind of music that accompanies as an active Dj in the most famous places around Athens until the late 90's.

On 1992 he meets Michali Mitakidi (B.D. Foxmoor) and they create Active Member At the same time he cooperated with bands such as: Goin' Through, FF.C, NEBMA, Razzastar. On 2003 he meets Vasili Zafiridi and together they decide to join music forces and experiences in order to create Neverland and on 2005 they produce their 1st lounge album Dreams, with influences by chill out, trip hop and more. On 2006 on behalf of Subliminal Records remix the song of Jose Nunez Bilingual (Almeida vs Jose Nunez - Bilingual) which is included in the Seduction 2 collection
During the same year he creates one more project called 'a dog named Rodriguez and produces the album 'Every Day is a Brand New Day'. A dog named Rodriguez was considered to be one of the best Greek project included in the COCA COLA SOUNDWAVE for 2007. On 2008 he produces the album of artist White Dragon called Eimai.
